Case Study

Legionaries of Christ
The Client
The Legionaries of Christ is a global Catholic religious order of roughly 1,300 priests and brothers, whose mission centers on forming apostles through evangelization, education, and spiritual formation. The order maintains seminaries, universities, schools, retreat centers, and mission programs across multiple countries — a network of institutions that each need reliable, secure infrastructure, not just a single office.
The Challenge
A distributed religious community means a distributed fleet of devices — laptops, desktops, and phones used by priests, brothers, and staff across multiple locations. Keeping all of it properly designed, secure, and actually working day to day requires a partner who treats it as one coherent system rather than a pile of individual devices.
What We Did
404 Network Ninjas handles the Legionaries’ systems design and device maintenance directly:
- Systems design: Designed how their devices and systems fit together as a whole, not as one-off fixes.
- Laptop & desktop maintenance: Ongoing upkeep and support for the community’s computers.
- Phone maintenance: Ongoing support for the phones the community relies on day to day.
The Result
The Legionaries of Christ have a single, consistent IT partner handling systems design and device maintenance across their laptops, desktops, and phones — infrastructure that’s actually looked after on an ongoing basis, not left to whoever happens to be nearby when something breaks.
